How do I get paid?
Tenants pay rent online through our resident portal, and we deposit your funds directly into your bank account along with a monthly statement showing every dollar in and out.
How involved do I need to be?
As involved as you want to be. Some owners want a quick monthly update. Others want to approve every repair. We'll set it up your way and handle everything else.
What areas do you serve?

What if my property already has tenants?
No problem. We'll take over the existing leases and introduce ourselves to your tenants so nothing falls through the cracks.
Who handles repairs?
Our in-house maintenance team handles most repairs and turnovers. For specialized work, we use licensed local contractors and keep you informed on anything above an agreed amount.
